Heat palm oil. Add blended peppers and onions, fry until fragrant.

Add beef or fish, cook until browned. Pour in stock (5 cups).

Add 1 cup ground peanuts (or peanut butter) mixed with water. Stir well to combine.

Add 2 lbs fresh ndolé leaves (or spinach as substitute). Simmer 20 minutes.
